What will I be doing?
Manage Restaurant operations and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Beverage, other expenses and Payroll
Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue and develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team
Work in collaboration with the Chef to create opportunities for revenue and footfall growth
Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, policies and procedures
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
What are we looking for?
Management experience in Food and Beverage, particularly in a restaurant is essential
Ability to juggle with responsibilities and prioritize them accordingly
Ability to work under pressure
Has a good commercial understanding to manage and navigate financial targets
Willingness to develop team members and self
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Degree in relevant area
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
