Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian, known locally as the “Caley”, was built in 1903 and is one of Edinburgh’s most significant landmarks. Standing proudly at the West End of Princes Street, this former Victorian railway building hotel nestles in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle. Its reputation for style and excellence has attracted international visitors and notable personalities for over one hundred years.

About Grazing by Mark Greenaway

Experience award-winning Scottish dining in the relaxed and welcoming environment created by celebrated Edinburgh chef Mark Greenaway. The menu incorporates locally sourced ingredients with unique concept dishes created by Mark. Chef Mark Greenaway is an ambassador for Scotland Food and Drink. His commitment and drive place him in the very top tier of Scottish chefs. Mark’s first cookbook, ‘Perceptions’, received the ‘Best in the World’ award at The Gourmand Cookbook Awards. Grazing by Mark Greenaway is situated on the ground floor of the hotel with access from Peacock Alley and Rutland Street.

What we can offer you

    £10 per hour plus service charge and tips Sign up bonus £450 for full time hours Tip and Service Charge (398.37 average per month) Full time permanent contracts of 39 hours a week As a permanent contracted Team Member, you will enjoy time and a half for any overtime, including bank holidays.
 Please note this is a full time permeant role working 39 hours a week. Shifts can be between 3/4pm to Late.

Who are we looking for?

 As our future Team Member you will show:

    Previous experience working in a Restaurant or Hospitality environment Passion and willingness to learn Positive attitude and someone who makes our guests smile Genuinely friendly and caring Enjoys working as part of a team Ambitious and hard working Good communication and excellent grooming standards It would be advantageous if you worked in a similar role previously.
