Job Description

We are looking for a charming and determined professional to lead the Restaurant at Compleat Angler on the banks of the River Thames in Marlow. Service charge is payable on top of salary.

You will be given autonomy to build and lead your team, and as such, the right person will be someone whose priority is always people, whether it's guests or colleagues, and who understands that people are the key to success. As Restaurant Manager, you will:

The role will involve working evenings and weekends due to the nature of the operation. There will be opportunities for the right person to develop and progress within the business, whether taking the step up to F&B Manager or learning more about different aspects of your profession.

Located on the banks of the River Thames with uninterrupted views of Marlow Bridge, Weir and All Saints Church, you'll find the world-renowned waterside property known as The Compleat Angler. Dating back 400 years, the hotel takes its name from Izaak Walton's eponymous book, published in 1653. The hotel is a hub of social activity, home to 64 bedrooms, two restaurants and five event spaces.
