Area Manager- Sports & Leisure -Midlands - Up to £35K+ travel + benefits

Our client is one of the fastest growing sports and leisure service providers in the U.K with new sites added to their operation every month. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to create a new midlands region starting in Birmingham then expanding across Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, and as such, we are looking for an Area Manager.

The role:

• Coach, support and inspire your operational team to be the best they can every day.
• Strive to deliver a fantastic customer experience throughout the customer journey creating a culture of excellence through the business.
• Ensure every level of the business is compliant with brand, operational and service standards
• Build strong relationships with key partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support with mobilising new sites and partnerships into the business.
• Contribute to the overall strategy for the business to move the business forward.
• Hybrid working- Remote/home with travel to sites 2-3 times a week

The person:

• Energising, engaging and ambitious.
• Self-starter, able to manage your own schedule and prioritise effectively.
• Supportive, inclusive and empowering in your approach to leadership.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering operational and service excellence.
• Sports Manager, Activities Manager, Club Manager, Centre Manager , General Manager, Cluster Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager experience within the sports, coaching, children's activity/care, school letting's, recreation, educational or fitness industry.
• Full U.K. driving licence with flexibility to travel.
• Ideally living between Birmingham and Northamptonshire.
