Swindon Marriott Hotel is looking for a Receptionist to join the Front Office team!

We are looking for passionate, dynamic and sociable Receptionist to join the world leading hospitality company. Swindon Marriott Hotel is firmly established within the area with picturesque views over the gardens and tennis courts and a range of facilities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant, a fitness centre, an indoor swimming pool, as well as a steam room and sauna.  Our modern hotel also offers a pillarless ballroom, an enchanting garden and nine meeting rooms, ideal for everything from social celebrations to corporate meetings.

As the Receptionist you will...

  • Welcome guests during check-in and ensure they are comfortable in their home away from home 
  • Be the first point of call for guests' questions or queries and be empowered to resolve any issues they may have
  • Act as a local guide, providing information about the so guests can make the most of their visit
  • Complete daily reports and checklists
