About your future role:

The Inspire Education and Travel Group is the umbrella company for two highly successful global work and travel brands, BUNAC and BUNAC. Both brands might be over 60 years old, but we don’t act like it. We’re a young and energetic team, obsessed with creating life-shaping adventures for 18-30-somethings – giving them the visa help, job connections and arrival support they need to earn money, see the world and meet new people.

(Basically, we’re the reason you don’t have to move home for the summer and get a job you hate, or stay working in the rainy UK when you could be growing your career in Vancouver, Melbourne, Auckland, Tokyo, or the USA instead).

We’re currently searching for the latest addition to our rapidly expanding team at BUNAC. You’ll need to be dynamic and quick to adapt and will be responsible for promoting BUNAC’s work and travel programmes.

Now, about the ‘promo’ part. We don’t mean badgering harried commuters outside train stations or handing out free entry tickets to nightclubs. (Although we’re definitely not opposed to free anything). We mean heading off to UK’s top universities to deliver presentations, host events, and spread the word on how BUNAC can offer students the experience of a lifetime.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the promotion and business development of all work and travel programmes including the Summer Camp USA, Work Canada, Work Australia, and Work New Zealand working holiday programmes.
• To prepare and deliver presentations on the BUNAC portfolio of programmes to students, professors, and careers departments at BUNAC’s core 2nd and 3rd level institutions across the UK.
• Be one of the key points of contact with the universities, student unions and administrators and help to build great working relationships.
• To be proactive and creative in promoting BUNAC and to think outside the box.
• To be aware of and counteract competitive promotion on various campuses in relation to all work and travel programmes.
• To assist with recruiting, managing and training student ambassadors/campus reps in key colleges around the UK.
• To assist with promoting BUNAC work programmes across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments in addition to Marketing (Sales, Operations, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

• Is self-motivated. You’re more than confident in going your own way, taking initiative, and making your own decisions.
• Has next-level team player skills. You’ll be regularly collaborating with several teams across the company, so ‘team player’ isn’t an afterthought – it’s a necessity.
• Is well-travelled. You’ll have been to Summer Camp USA or have worked/interned abroad, and you can’t wait to help others have the same life-changing experiences.
• Is a multi-tasker and wearer of different hats. You’ll regularly be a sales rep, marketing team member and event organiser – all in one day!
