This role is ideal for an organised and passionate HR Administrator looking for their next step!

You will support the HR team on a day-to-day basis with all things people. From on-boarding to benefits and references this role will manage the critical part of HR here at Tenpin.

You will also:

  • To provide administrative support to HR Business Partners including managing the confidential inbox and responding to queries
  • Administer people changes throughout the business including promotions, pay changes, job title and location changes.
  • Administer the entire process of Maternity and Paternity leave for employees within the business.
  • Regularly update the databases and spreadsheet including Budget, Movement tracker and Maternity/ Paternity tracker.
  • Manage and report on many of our benefit platforms including Tenpin Treats and Wagestream
  • Assist with managing Applicant Tracking System
  • Post internal communications for the business with the guidance of our Internal Communications Partner
  • To audit personnel files in line with policies and procedures
  • Assist with the on boarding of Internal promotions and external new starters.
  • Manage the entire referencing process on behalf of Tenpin for new starters and leavers.
  • Generate weekly reports on various activity.
  • Assist HR Director with ad-hoc projects.
  • Participate in the development of HR projects.

What we need from you:

  • Complete confidentiality at all times
  • Organised with a fantastic attention to detail.
  • Experience within an administration role ideally within a HR/ People Team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience using a HRIS and ATS
  • CIPD Level 3 minimum
