The Royal Court Hotel has an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as a range of facilities for a variety of events including conferences, meetings, exhibitions and interviews.  We are looking for a Bar & Restaurant Manager who wants to move forward in career. You will be required to ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will recruit, train and develop food and beverage staff in line with current and future business requirements. You will ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as Bar & Restaurant Manager in a 100+ bedroom hotel. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
