What will I do as Spa Therapist? 

Your appointment book is filled with hotel guests, spa day visitors and loyal regulars – the one thing they have in common is the relaxing experience they encounter once they step into your treatment room. 

You’ll listen carefully to what they want, also taking note of what they need, and you'll be able to confidently advise on what will be best for them. Talking them through the range of treatments and benefits. 

You’ll be offering bespoke Elemis treatment packages and Elemis BIOTEC (eight uniquely customisable, clinically proven facials for every skin type, powered by five treatment technologies) and Jessica products. 

Once the treatment is over, you’ll talk through the products used and give your expert recommendations on retail products they should use as part of their home skin care routine.? A perfect opportunity for them to take a small part of the experience home and for you to earn some extra money through our retail commission scheme.

Is this Spa Therapist role right for me? 

You will need a Level 3 diploma in beauty or equivalent and be someone who takes pride offering first-class customer service. If you do not have a Level 3, why not get in touch about our Therapist Apprenticeship programme?

Don’t worry if you haven’t used our products before, the good news is that we will provide you with all the training you need so that you are set up for success.
