We provide a fresh perspective, flavours and storytelling on traditional Turkish food at Zahter. Our dishes are influenced by Istanbul's vast ethnic heritage and look to history as a source for innovative new finds. Istanbul cuisine reflects a mixture of cultures in which you can find a bit of every flavour. Signature items are derived from the old recipes but revived with Zahter's cooking methods and artisanal sourced produce.

SCOPE:

Covers the complete control of inflow and outflow of guests at the restaurant in the most prompt and gracious manner, consistent with the restaurant service standard.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Contributes in creating a high morale and team spirit by maintaining effective work relationship.  
• Communicate effectively with the Supervisor and Restaurant Manager any necessary information or requirement from the floor or from guest, to ensure a smooth and healthy work environment.
• Handle guest complaints and feedbacks in the most professional manner.Ensures that guests will be given a quality service.
