As the Leisure Club Supervisor, you will support the Leisure & Spa Manager on a day to day basis but you will be ultimately responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service at all times and making sure that all daily health & safety procedures are carried out providing, a safe environment for all users of the leisure facilities.? 

What will I do? 

• Support the Spa & Leisure Manager and will step up to cover in their absence 
• Offer support, advice & guidance to all members, potential future members and guests 
• Welcome & greet all arriving at the facilities 
• Provide a health & fitness offering to members and guests 
• Support behavioural change in achieving fitness goals and the benefits of healthy living
• Support the Club Management Team in the delivery of a Group Exercise programme suitable for the Clubs demographics and requirements that meet the member's needs and maintains brand standards
• Look to create a can-do attitude with your fellow colleagues to maximise the Clubs opportunity to perform at the very best standard at all times 
• Ensure you and the team are maximising sales opportunities 
• Carry out Health & safety checks and ensure this is always being followed & adhered to 
• Cash handling and cashing up
• Liaise with other teams & departments to ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the equipment & facilities 

Is this the role for me? 

• Previous experience in leisure - within a hotel environment would be distinct advantage, however, would consider experience from alternative leisure environments 
• Relevant qualifications – Leisure related/Pool Lifeguard /Pool Plant 
• Basic pool plant maintenance experience
• Gym supervisory experience
• Personal Trainer qualifications would be a distinct advantage
• A love for inspiring health & fitness
• Passionate about providing an outstanding service to customers
• KPI and target driven
• Ability to multi-task
