Catering Assistant (Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre & VeloPark) - Waltham Forest
Based: Lee Valley Tennis and Hockey Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark (across both venues) Location: Waltham Forest / Newham Salary: 11.30 per hour
Staff are required to do shift work, including early's, late's, weekends and bank holidays.
GLL is looking for a Catering Assistant to join the team at the Lee Valley Tennis and Hockey Centre, Waltham Forest and Lee Valley VeloPark in Newham.
The catering team pride themselves on delivering an effective and efficient caf service with high levels of quality service by way of preparation, serving and delivery of fresh food and drinks, so you'll need to be just as passionate as they are. You'll ensure the caf environment maintains hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with strict Health and Safety requirements.
Ideally, you'll have previous experience working as a Catering Assistant with good customer care skills. You'll have a Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substance Hazardous to Health).
