- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
- Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
- Participate in hotel promotional activities

Strong Group Conference and Events Executive experience
Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Positive attitude and fantastic communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Knowledge of Delphi FDC
Previous experience in the same or similar role at a large events venue
