As a Cloakroom Attendant, you are responsible for attending to cloakroom operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Cloakroom Attendant will also be required to ensure and maintain security of guest property. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner Store all coats and other guests property securely and safely Maintain security of all guest property Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation Be environmentally aware Attend training provided by the hotel
