The Waltham Abbey Marriott Hotel are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. 

What you will do

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and preparation standards
• Work as part of a team to prepare food for our restaurant, bar/lounge, room service and banqueting operations
