You’ll be an approachable and people focused Duty Manager who is at home within a fun, busy, and fast paced restaurant in Knutsford. You’ll look for the good in people and always do the right thing, whilst assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager lead a stellar team, bringing an elegantly Italian experience to our valued guests.
