We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced Lead Chef to join our team and to help delight our local community with honest, tasty food. You will work closely with your General Manager to deliver a healthy business, with the Group Development Chef to create innovative menus, and lead you team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services whilst maintaining quality and consistency of all dishes.
This role would suit a senior CDP or Sous Chef who is looking to take the next step in their career. The venue is a popular local bar in West Hampstead serving a small but balanced menu. The successful applicant will be confident working alone or alongside a small team.

Food & Drink
We love fresh ingredients, great beer, exciting cocktails and interesting wine. We look for sustainability, seasonality and quality and are proud to work with local producers wherever possible. We brew our own beers and source most of our ingredients direct from organic, UK farms, Brixham day boat fisherman and small producers like Isle of Olive on Broadway Market, Mr Chauhdry's bakery on Ridley Road and Local Honey from Queens Park. Our chefs are imaginative, creative and driven to connect with food at every stage - from producer to plate.
