Roaming Housekeeping Support & Trainer – Hand Picked Hotels – UK & Channel Islands (Monday to Friday)

We have a unique opportunity for someone to join the Hand Picked Hotels team in a Roaming Housekeeping Support & Trainer role.

This is a brand new role which will involve working across our 21 Hotels in the UK & Channel Islands on assignments lasting between 1 and 2 weeks. You will be provided Hotel accommodation when on assignments in our Hotels and will know your plan at least one month in advance. 

This is full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

In this Housekeeping Support & Trainer role you will support the Hotel Head Housekeepers and their Housekeeping team with the cleaning of Hotel bedrooms and public areas as well as helping to train team members and new starters on the correct cleaning and brand standard practises to follow, giving tips and advice to help improve cleaning techniques and service delivery. 

Having your own transport is preferred, but is not essential.

About you

• You will have at least two years’ experience working in a Housekeeping role ideally at a supervisory level or above
• You’ll be excellent at building rapport and will have a vibrant, patient and friendly approach
• You’ll be fully flexible with regards to hours and shifts worked and ready to travel on a assignment basis 
• You’ll have a keen eye for detail and committed to ensuring high standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained
