We are looking for Finance Administrator to join our team here at Warner Leisure Hotels

About the role:

The Finance Administrator will deal with all systems and procedures relating to the Hotel profit and loss account requirements

You will be responsible for:

• Ownership of the guest reconciliations
• Providing guest occupancy levels for each break
• Supporting and training all new Leaders with the Finance procedures
• Working closely with central finance teams and Warner finance teams as required.
• Supporting the monitoring of costs using budgets, and systems

Experience / Skills

• Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with budgets
• Ability to communicate with versatility at all levels of team structure
