The Purpose of the role:

As an Assistant Stores Team Member you will form part of our team, taking pride in every element of your role. 
Role responsibilities:

Being proactive in assisting the stores department manager and activities in line with the business needs
Issuing stores to the kitchen, coffee shop, bar and gift shop as required
Liaising with the Stores Manager to help maintain the correct stock levels and re-order when appropriate
Ensuring wastage and damages are kept to a minimum, returning any defective goods that do not meet the Company standards to suppliers and logged
Ensuring that the daily and weekly cleaning and other departmental records are completed.
Ensuring the adherence to the Health and Safety Policy and associated weekly check lists and monitoring forms
Attend all company training sessions and team meetings as and when required
Complete all team member starter, amendment and termination forms for the stores department in a timely manner
Liaise with the Stores Manager and General Manager with regard to functions and events
