As our Payroll Administrator, you will report to our Payroll Manager, and will assist to oversee the timely and accurate monthly payroll process for over 400 employees. In order to do so, you would rely on your previous experience in a similar role and to have a good working knowledge of current HMRC legislation, statutory payments and as such will be processing annual statutory changes such as changes in tax codes, statutory sick pay and national minimum wage.

In order to carry out your role, you will use Fourth Hospitality and various applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

In addition to this, in your role as Payroll Administrator, you will also be working closely with the HR team to ensure changes on Fourth and new starters are carried out correctly.

Whilst dealing with various queries from our colleagues, you should have the ability to work well under pressure, have an eye for detail and excellent management of deadlines.
