This is the service Antidote provides to residents of London’s most exclusive development, and we are looking for a superstar Beauty Therapist to join the team.
Key Points of the Role
- Performing luxury beauty treatments in a way suited to our client’s individual needs. Ensuring a personalized bespoke service is maintained for every individual resident
- Coordinates beauty treatment bookings, ensuring the quality, standards and expectations of the residents are met daily
- To check, read and action e-mails and other requests regularly and on a timely basis
- Actively promoting your services to all the residents
- Expert on latest beauty and wellness trends, bringing them to Antidote’s service offering
Overall, our Beauty Therapist will be expected to:
- To provide a warm, courteous, and prompt welcome on arrival for all residents and visitors
- Actively listen and respond positively to resident’s questions, concerns, and requests and use specific process to resolve issues, delight, and build trust
- Interacts with residents to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
- Ensure that a great working relationship is maintained with our client and other departments within the building

- Able to understand, anticipate and deliver outstanding personalised service
- Able to demonstrate a professional and organised approach to the role
- Great team player and can take ownership and responsibility
- Previously worked to policy and procedures
- Logical thinker, able to spot errors and resolve issues

- Knowledge of current wellbeing trends
Experience &Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ previous experience working in a customer service environment, preferably within a 5-star hotel or similar hospitality industry
- Experienced in a high standard beauty therapy role to NVQ Level 3
- Dermalogica expert preferable
- Nail expertise preferable
