Our Pontins Head Office is based in Ainsdale House, situated within Pontins Southport and we are looking to recruit a Guest Solution Advisor onto the team.

As Guest Solutions Advisor you will be required to;

  • Communicate with our guest and liaise with other team members across the company.
  • Deal with difficult complaints with a calm and professional attitude.
  • Resolve Guests complaints effectively whilst adhering to Terms and Conditions.
  • Respond to written/email complaints daily and take phone calls when necessary.
  • Gather information and provide factual feedback to our senior management.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a competent level of verbal and written communication skills. You will be organised, with an attention to detail and the ability to work effectively towards deadlines.

The Guest Solutions team operate between the hours of 9am until 6pm - Monday to Friday. Hours to be discussed at interview for part time positions.
