The Royal Bath Hotel is a 207-bedroom hotel which has built a strong reputation in the South of England over the years for presenting excellent conferences and corporate events. Our large banqueting facilities boast 5 conference rooms catering for between 10 to 400 delegates and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Supervisor on to the team.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be required to;

  • Take responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage service staff are recruited, trained and developed in line with current and future business requirements.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience supervising food and beverage service of a hotel containing 100 bedrooms or more. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests.
