The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in technical theatre and have a proven background in leading and developing teams. You will need to be able to think strategically and plan works short and long term. You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate others. A good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential. You'll be a key player in presenting our prestigious programme and the role will be varied, rewarding and part of not only a cracking venue operations team but also a dedicated broader ATG company family.

This contract is on an annualised hours basis and hours will vary on a weekly basis. For further details, please download a copy of our job description.
