Full & Part Time Lifeguard and Trainee Lifeguard position with Live In Accommodation available for people living a distance from Skegness (Full Time Only)

The purpose of the role:

Working in a fun and vibrant environment our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests are having a great time in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld whilst overseeing their poolside safety at all times.  This is a role that requires superb attention to detail whilst also interacting with our guests, providing exceptional customer service.  You will promote and run poolside activities; creating memorable experiences for our guests.  To take pride in the poolside surroundings and changing rooms by conducting.  

MUST BE ABLE TO COME TO SKEGNESS FOR A SWIM TEST.

We are looking for candidates who:

A have natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people
Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Have the ability to work within a team
Can be flexible
Who are reliable and punctual?
Look for ways to exceed guest expectation and always, without exception, be willing to go the extra mile for our guests
Is a proficient swimmer
A current RLSS national Pool Lifeguard Qualification is desirable although training is available.
