Summary

Hours: During the peak season you will be working 37.5 hours per week with an average shift pattern of 9.00 – 17.00. During the winter season you will be working approximately 22.5 hours a week. Weekend work is required. 

Salary: £19,305 pro rata

Duration: This is a permanent role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.


This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

What you'll be doing

You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes, making, soups and one pots whilst preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods. 

You won’t be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You’ll receive a bespoke induction on appointment - and further professional training & development opportunities are available.

• Passionate about food, creative and proactive

• A good team player

• Aware of good working knowledge of Health & Safety compliance requirements
