Our Hospitality Assistants at the Inner Temple ensure a smooth and efficient service of all catering for Hall, events and functions. Whether they are serving tea and coffee for a small meeting, waiting in our Hall, or serving champagne at large functions, we always strive to deliver the highest possible standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be flexible to work in all service areas including, the staff restaurant, Hall, Pegasus Bar and Restaurant, Inner Temple Gardens, Marquee, Temple Church and Church Court Yard.
• To prepare and deliver food and beverages to guests in designated meeting spaces in a presentable fashion.
• To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed.
• To serve our guests with the highest level of customer service with maximum speed, efficiency and always with a smile.
• To assist with the sorting, packing and unpacking of the laundry on a daily basis.
• To work on licenced bars serving alcoholic beverages (training provided).
• To be able to use coffee machines (training provided).

Experience and skills required:

• Excellent communication skills, internally and externally.
• Takes initiative.
• Demonstrates a high level of organisation and time management.
• Team player.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent record keeping.
