Expect a role that'll stretch you every day.

  • Sorting out rotas on a weekly basis through Fourth
  • Team motivation of all store staff.
  • Taking the lead on promotions designed to boost turnover.
  • Complete financial responsibility for your operations and provided you maintain brand values,
  • Freedom and autonomy to run the store your way.
  • Recruitment of store staff from delivery drivers to shift manager's
  • Ensuring high levels of training throughout the store

Required experience:

  • You'll have shown you can supervise others and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perhaps you're in the food services industry already. Maybe you're in retail. Whatever applies, you'll have the leadership credentials to take on this exciting challenge.

Skills/ Knowledge required:

  • Managing a diverse team of passionate pizza lovers!
  • Commercial awareness and ability think differently to drive market performance in your area
  • Understanding of the finances!
  • Able to use data and insight to drive results through your team
  • Be a great coach and a growth mindset! We will support you will world-class training
  • Basic HR/ ER knowledge to guide your team members during their journey with us
  • Strong communication skills, with your team, leaders and our customers
  • Ability to interpret data and share plans with your team
  • A track record of developing people
  • Preferably an understanding of how audits work in a restaurant environment
