Virgin Atlantic's Digital Analyst will be an essential part the digital team providing key analytics for future strategies and the day to day performance metrics. They will be responsible for using our analytics tools to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights for journey improvements to benefit our customers and our commercial success The qualitative insight gathered by you will form part of our exciting digital strategy.

Day to Day

Some of your key responsibilities as our Digital Analyst will be:
Focussing on delivering performance reports that support the Direct Trading teams to take action on none performing route conversions and any immediate funnel troubleshooting.Designing, building and deploying reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using best practise design and visualisation techniquesTo work cross functionally to support Digital Product Managers and Business Partners on ensuring their future concepts provide a tangible revenue benefit for Virgin Atlantic. Analysing digital data sources such as Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare to produce commercially focused optimisation recommendations for our digital journeys and highlighting external aviation market factors to the leadership team.Own weekly reporting on content performance and Adobe/agency weighted path analysis ensuring they're delivering the correct feeds and our tagging components are on point with greater efficiency on data quality.

About you


Are you passionate about analytics?Do you love being a team player? You may come from any Analyst role where you've been building dashboards and using similar data tools, such as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Sales Analyst or Digital Analyst role. In addition to the above, we're looking for our successful Digital Analyst to demonstrate the following: High level understanding of channels within scope of role A deep understanding of key available to drive performance Experience working across multiple digital channels & delivering significant results Extensive experience using web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare and SimilerWeb Expertise in building dashboards and data visualisations through, but not limited to, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL Ability to influence upwards and drive change horizontally and vertically Analytically driven to provide insight into problem solving solution Adept at working to strict deadlines Ability to manage multiple projects at once
