Gym Host - Edinburgh Newhaven Harbour

Customer Service is really important to us, so the role of a ‘Gym Host’ is to keep our members feeling great!

Your responsibilities will vary from engaging with all members using the gym, ensuring all gym equipment is maintained correctly, responsible for cleanliness of the gym floor, assisting members with set up of equipment and assisting members with bookings for Kickstart.

Providing brilliant customer service is the number one priority so you will be responsible for ensuring member experience in the gym is of the highest standard.

You will need a Level 2 qualification as a minimum and as long as you are someone who loves to work with a smile on your face and a spring in your step we can train you on everything else you need to be successful.
