Sommelier - The Fife Arms - Sommeliers

Your Role

We are expanding our wine programme and are looking for an experienced Sommelier. You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for wine, fresh food and brilliant service. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team, and the community.

Approaching 400 bins on our wine list, you’ll be keen to immerse yourself in recommending, pairing and selling wines to our guests that complements their meal and preferences: overall adding to their exceptional experience and leaving lasting memories.

You’ll be keen to grow, share your passion equally with guests and colleagues while being an approachable ambassador for the wine team in the hotel. Contributing to the daily running of the wine operation will also be part of the job so assisting the team in trainings and cellar management is all part of your day.

While experience in a similar role is desired, possessing a L2 or L3 WSET qualification is preferred, with some demonstrable Sommelier background, knowledge, passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
