We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Corporate Catering Supervisor to work at our client's new office premises in West Edinburgh, EH1 3AN.

Our client has opened a second premises at Haymarket in Edinburgh. The office staff are friendly and welcoming and we require a Coporate Catering Supervisor to facilitate thier catering requirements. You will be supported by the Catering Team at our Edinburgh Head Office but as you will largely be working alone this position will suit a self starter and soemone who can work on thier own initative. If you have experience of opening or closing a cafe/deli/bar/restaurant operation we would like to hear from you.

Some apsects of the role include:

•  Looking after automated Bean to Cup Coffee Machines
•  Stock Orders and Counting 
•  Food Safety Systems and Safety Standards
•  Cleaning & Quality Standards
•  Running a small retail operation (selling crisps, snack and confectionary)
•  Looking after vending machines 
•  Basic food preperation (such as sandwich platters and beverages for meeting rooms)
