Menswear & Kidswear Content Specialist - Lutterworth

Do you have fashion marketing experience? Are you passionate about menswear and kidswear? Would you like the opportunity to create content for all marketing channels for George? This role is for you!

 

As the Menswear & Kidswear Specialist in the George Brand team, you will be guardian for all content and campaign production end to end. Working closely with a large multi-disciplinary team, you will be the lead representative in all Menswear and Kidswear meetings for George Brand. With responsibilities both to model and still life content, it will be your job to ensure all creative adheres to the brand guidelines.

 

Your Role Responsibilities

  • Mens and kidswear creative lead - responsible for all visualisation and creation of all content 
  • Working closely with mens and kids e-comm specialist to ensure there is consistency across key elements of production across both areas; including concepts/ models/ styling and hair and make-up briefs 
  • Working with brand marketing teams to ensure all creative outputs ladder back to brief deliverables 
  • Supports in developing concepts for womenswear fashion campaigns- supporting Expert & Mission Lead, creative agencies and art directors 
  • Responsible for ensuring creative is delivered to agreed milestones and key timings - including feeding back into these documents 
  • Accountable for planning, pre-production and post-production on all mens and kids campaigns; including critical path, castings and talent management
  • Understanding of budget allocation per production driving cost efficiencies where possible 
  • Support in scoping new talent and appropriate casting to work with based on Brand Marketing briefs 
  • Working with PR & legal team for legal trademark sign offs on content and campaign straplines
  • Working closely with the Asda media team and external media outlets for paid media content
  • Working closely with Brand Design team to build campaign guidelines 
  • Attendance on all mens and kidswear selection meetings and campaign shoots to ensure everything adheres to brand guidelines 
  • Working with e-comm specialist to ensure Mens and Kidswear Advocate is clear on deliverables and priorities 
  • Presenting creative work back to wider Brand Profession and senior leadership teams 

 

About You

  • 2 years minimum in a marketing role is preferred - ideally fashion
  • Wider marketing knowledge is preferable - especially around acquisition and retention
  • An interest in the fashion market
  • Experience of working for a clothing retailer with some experience of the production process and shoots
  • A great eye for detail
  • Team playing who is confident managing and taking control of projects individually
  • Experience of working with and managing external agencies
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presenter
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Extremely agile and open to change
  • Great team player
