Concierge - Basingstoke
Permanent Concierge
We are recruiting for permanent Concierge's to join our FOH team at Basingstoke Sports Centre. The Concierge will be working a varying shift pattern over a 4-week period with the hours reflecting the needs of the business. There may be the opportunity to cover absences as and when required.
Current available vacant shifts:
Week 1- Monday 6:15-12:15, Friday 6:15-12:15, Saturday 07:45-12:30
Week 2- Monday 6:15-12:15, Tuesday 6:15-12:15, Thursday 06:15-12:15, Saturday 07:45-12:30, Saturday 12:30-17:00.
Week 3- Monday 6:15-12:15, Thursday 06:15-12:15, Friday 14:00-19:00.
Week 4- Monday 6:15-12:15, Thursday 06:15-12:15, Friday 14:00-19:00, Saturday 07:45-12:30, Saturday 12:30-17:00, Sunday 12:45-18:00.
You will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, be willing to go the extra mile for our customers, stay calm under pressure, be able to multi task and use your own initiative. You will need experience of delivering outstanding customer service, be enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. Full training will be provided on our IT systems.
The successful applicant will:
Follow procedures and work well as part of a team
Be confident, helpful & friendly and ensure a high level of engagement with all customers
Have a positive, warm and welcoming approach to both staff and customers
Provide an efficient and effective service to all customers and understand their needs and requirements
Act professionally and maintain a high level of personal presentation at all times
