Front of House Bar Person / Waiter - Englefield Green, Egham

We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Front of House team. We are a country pub situated right by the entrance to Windsor Great Park. We pride ourselves on selling delicious fresh food and are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and energetic people to join our team. We source the majority of our food from local suppliers and pride ourselves on our menu being homemade - right down to the bread that we serve. We installed a pizza oven a couple of years ago and this has gone from strength to strength as we serve homemade Neopolitan style pizzas.

We are made up of a bar area and slightly more formal restaurant. The bar is very dog friendly and there is even space to tie up horses in the front garden!

The right candidate will be passionate about giving great service and be willing to work as part of a team.

The position available is a FULL TIME position.

Experience in hospitality is required. Beer cellar knowledge is preferred. Staff accommodation is available.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to guests in accordance with company standards
• Handle payments and float in accordance with company standards
• Apply responsible alcohol management awareness and ensure all customers too intoxicated to serve are pointed out to a member of senior management
• Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
• Ensure that the bar, front-of-house, and other areas are clean and maintained
• Other duties as requested
