Lifeguard Shift Leader - Egham, Surrey

Are you a TEAM LEADER?

The role will develop into relief Duty Manager, and provide a pathway for a great career in the leisure industry.

You will undertake a range of duties including leading the pool lifeguards, and ensuring facility preparations are up to the highest level, and supporting the Operational Duty Managers whilst on shift.

Professional Qualification

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
• First Aid

Skills& Qualities

• Previous lifeguard experience essential
• Ability to communicate effectively with others and have the ambition to progress within the industry
• Ability to work shifts and be flexible
• Works well on your own and as part of a team
• Positive CAN DO Attitude

The successful applicants will be subject to a background disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.40-£11.02 per hour
