Location: Stamford Bridge - Millennium & Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea FC
Hours: Permanent, 40 hours per week, 5 from 7

We’re look for a Reception Supervisor to join our busy hotel team and supervise the operations of the department and ensure guest’s satisfaction whilst managing the day receptionists.

  • Leading the reception team on shift to enhance guest’s stay experience by welcome, check in, check out, special requests and room allocations.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they are made to feel comfortable and addressing any of their needs.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure consistent standards are maintained and checks are in place.
  • Ensure financial processors and audits are completed to ensure the hotel is not at a financial risk and all outstanding payments are recovered.
  • The shift is led, and team members directed in a manner where they are motivated and engaged with their role.
  • Driving team members to achieve their objectives/ targets and development goals.
  • Working as a duty manager in an allocated shift when required.
  • Assisting the hotel with H&S protocols in the hotel.

 Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:

  • Opera (PMS/ORS system) working knowledge.
  • Experience in a hotel reception environment

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience of working in a busy environment.
  • Experience in responding guest reviews
  • Managerial/People skills
  • Good knowledge of health and safety.
  • Good presentation skills.
