Hotel/Day Receptionist - Stamford Bridge, London

 

DEPARTMENT: Hotel Front Office

REPORTING TO: Reception Manager.

JOB FUNCTION: To assist the hotel management team as well as delivering excellent customer service

LOCATION: Millennium and Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea Football Club, Stamford Bridge.

CONTRACT: 40 hours per week on a permanent contract, any 5 out of 7 days.

SALARY: £23,048 per annum (LLW)

PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):

  • Being able to provide a professional and timely service with all customers.
  • Using our computer systems to efficiently check a guest in and out and all related stay transactions.
  • Delivering service and operation standards as per the hotels’ Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensuring health, safety and safeguarding protocols are adhered to.
  • Sharing property and company information to ensure commercial and operational success.
  • Assisting with fire evacuations.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Customer service.
  • Working as a receptionist at a hotel (preferred).
