The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family as well as providing traditional afternoon tea. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions. Due to continued expansion and high business demand, we are seeking for a Beauty Manager who will join our team.

As Beauty Salon Manager, you will be required to;

• Oversee training and development of therapists.
• Have knowledge of and carry out all aspects of beauty therapy.
• Promote and develop the business to its full potential.
• Focus on spa sales targets and to thrive on upselling our products at every opportunity.
• Promote and market the spa to a variety of clients, including residents, hotel residents and local businesses.
• Carry out monthly stock checks and ordering.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience as a beauty therapist however we welcome candidates with different lengths of experience who can demonstrate they have the knowledge and skills we are looking for. You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and passionate and dedicated to offering the best service standards to guests.
