Am I right for the role?

No surprise that first & foremost you have a love for delivering beautiful food, creating your passion on a plate.

You’re a Chef, so working under pressure with lots of plate spinning is likely second nature to you – but can you also support, coach & mentor even when the heat is turned up?

This is a regional support role, so you really do need to be flexible on travelling and at times this might mean staying away from.  If that’s not something that ticks your box, don’t worry – why not take a look at out our single hotel-based roles!

With a range of hotels within our collection, you’ll need to be someone who can turn their hand to different menu offerings, whether that’s the dinner in the restaurant, a wedding breakfast or a light snack in the bar.

Is the role right for me?

You’ll be supporting hotel kitchen teams on short to mid-term assignments, coordinated by the central resourcing team.  From covering leave, filling vacancy gaps to embedding standards and new starter training – it’s a varied & key role.

Depending on your level of skill, you may be required to run a section of the kitchen, helping to prepare, cook & present dishes or be acting Head Chef, supporting with ordering, cost, rota’s & health & safety.

Reporting into & working closely with Julian, our Group Executive Chef, helping to develop, roll out and embed new core menus, while providing insight into the latest food trends.  You’ll play a key part in helping Julian to embed our service standards, making sure there is consistency across our collection with food quality.
