The Kitchen Porter is one of our most important roles in the kitchen and all the team know this, if there isn't a strong Kitchen Porter on shift, it becomes challenging!

The role is to assist the chefs in producing the exceptional standard of food. This is achieved through the main duties maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and the utensils, along with assisting the chefs with daily service and general prep. At times the role of kitchen porter can be demanding, you will be required to spend long periods of time on your feet as well as being able to lift items of moderate weight.

Our restaurants are fast-paced and busy, to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, you will need to be quick, hard-working and have good communication skills.

Hygiene will be of major importance to you and you should be able to adhere to our strict health and safety policies.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and a team player, it can be tough at times, but we get through it as a team.
