We are looking for a highly skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor who has a hands-on approach and an ability to inspire and lead a team. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will help maintain the exceptional high food service standards and enable the service team to exceed customer expectations on a daily basis.

The duties will involve;

• Creating a pleasant dining experience within the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and cuisine.
• Deliver briefings and allocate duties to the team.
• Support the management team by delivering training plans and motivating the team
• Assisting plan the weekly rota.

The ideal candidate;

• Be a professional with an eye for detail to improve and maintain high standards offered in Palm Court.
• Possess good organisational and leadership skills and lead the team with personality and clear direction.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills as the role will entail developing relations with customers as repeat business is valuable

Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your experience in a similar position will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.

Ideally you will have one year’s experience in a supervisory role; however we will consider applications from an experienced head waiter/waitress.
