Group Roving Chef - The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa - Chester, Cheshire

Across four properties we have over 100 4* stunning rooms on our portfolio and 5 busy restaurants known for homemade, locally sourced produce, excellent service and attention to detail. We run an award winning wedding venue with excellent conference and banqueting facilities and an award winning Spa.

We are recruiting an experienced Chef to work under the direction of the Company Executive Chef at one of the five kitchens within the Company supporting when required for short periods. This is a permanent full time role working five over seven days per week, roving between all Company sites.

We are looking for someone with the ability to deliver high quality fresh food and who also possesses the drive and enthusiasm to test new ideas, someone who is able to work well under pressure and deliver outstanding results.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working within a similar role .
• Be a strong team player
• Be results driven and have a passion for delivering high quality food
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding customer service ethic
