Activity Instructors – Betws-y-Coed, North Wales

Zip World is about to head into its busiest time of year and is on the lookout for positive go-getters to join our team!

You will be based within one of the five Zip World sites, which includes Zip World Slate Caverns in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Zip World Fforest in Betws-y-Coed, Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, Zip World Tower in Rhigos South Wales and Zip World Skyflyer in Rhyl.

What you’ll be doing

You will be working on a number of our world-class adventures providing our customers with a truly memorable experience. From clipping customers onto Zip lines to guiding them through our underground caverns course, with so many unique adventures, no two days are the same!

What you’ll need

• A customer comes first attitude, with drive and enthusiasm to achieve extraordinary customer experience.
• Safety conscious, with a professional outlook
• Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment
• Must like working outdoors, and for our activity roles you must have a good head for heights
• To be able to get to site – which may mean having your own transport as some of our sites are remote without public transport links

Contract: Fixed term. Our core season runs March – October but we’re open all year round so there will be some opportunity to work throughout the year. Returners are welcomed and encouraged .

Salary: Under 18 - From £9.18 per hour      Over 18 - From £9.62 per hour
