WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … As a Head Bartender you will assist in driving service and exceed our guests’ expectations along with creating, preparing and mixing drinks too. Having worked in a 4* or high class establishment you will have outstanding customer service skills along with a passion for the industry and what you do. Having attention to detail and enthusiasm is required to ensure the customer is delivered the ultimate service standards they expect and deserve. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO … As Head Bartender, you will receive orders and serve guests requests completely and timely whist maintaining the highest level of service. You will create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc.? Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all time and have a good understanding of wines and spirits.
