Junior Sous Chef - 4 days on 3 days off – £30,000 per annum – Audleys Wood Hotel – Basingstoke

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our family. Do you have what it takes to be Hand Picked?

Are you an experienced Chef looking to progress your Kitchen Management experience? We know the step from being a Junior Sous Chef to Sous Chef can be a big one so here at Hand Picked Hotels we aim to equip our Sous Chefs with the skills they need to take that step.

From involvement in office and paperwork responsibilities, and on the job training in ordering and kitchen management, we will help give you the exposure you need to develop your career as a Chef. 

You will work closely with the senior team to create interesting and creative dishes in the 2 AA Rosette Conservatory Restaurant and play a key role in the kitchen management team and development of junior chefs.
