Brunning and Price is a collection of individual pub restaurants each with its own style and flavour.  We like to think we run informal places for people who like to meet, eat, drink and talk in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The Role

This exciting opportunity will enable you to gain experience in all areas of the kitchen whilst working towards a Level 2 and/or Level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery.

As an Apprentice Chef, you’ll assist the team in food preparation and production, menu development and food tastings, as well as helping to keep the kitchen clean, tidy and organised.

As our Chef you will work between 30 to 40 hours a week and your college time will be included in these. You will work 5 days per week including some weekends. Your college assessor will come to the pub to support you and you will not be required to go to college on day release.

Once you have completed your qualification, there is lots of opportunity to continue to progress with us, including further study and/or full-time employment as a chef.
