Resorts World Casino Birmingham are currently looking for friendly and efficient Receptionist to join their dynamic team on a full or part time basis*. We are looking to recruit a multi-skilled individual who can rise to the challenge of this lively casino and further their career with this exciting opportunity. This role will involving working a variety of shifts including nights so a flexible, can do attitude is essential!

Key Competencies:

• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be able to work as part of a team and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues and guests.
• Be able to adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good IT skills
• Must be flexible towards working hours as role involves working night shifts and weekends
