Food & Beverage Manager - Watford

We are currently seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the Topgolf team!

The Food and Beverage Manager is is responsible for all operations activities involved with Topgolf’s culinary and beverage service - ensuring we use the finest products, uphold food and beverage preparation and service standards and manage budgets and costs. They will also be responsible for building a strong F&B team; hiring, scheduling, training and development of all F&B Team Members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Food & Beverage team in providing best-in-class service
• Coach and develop the team and drive engagement
• Uphold operating standards and drive Guest and team safety and satisfaction
• Ensure all Guest areas are staffed and functioning efficiently
• Manage the operational duties of their department
• Control department budgets and spending
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring
• Interact with Guests to check on the quality of their experience
• Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a Food and Beverage setting at a Head of Department Level
• Management experience in a high-volume environment
• Management experience in a corporate hospitality environment
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
• Ability to work on a team
• Energy and enthusiasm
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
